Shipping policy

Shipping information: 

Standard shipping: 2-5 business days. There are 2 options for standard shipping based on the amount of dollars spent:
$0-$200: $9.95
$201-$1000: $14.95

Our goal is ship all orders placed before 11AM CST on the same business day. Orders placed after 11AM CST on Friday’s will ship the following business day (typically Monday) *Shipping may be delayed during the holidays or high-volume promotions

 

Tracking: 

Once your order has been successfully packaged and labeled, you will receive an email with tracking information. The email provided includes all of the information needed in order to track your package. You will then be able to locate your package after it has left our facility. If you are having difficulties tracking your package, feel free to contact us. Reminder to include your order number in the email for faster response.

 

Damaged/Incorrect Items 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at luxx3.mn@gmail.com. We will make it right as quickly as possible!

 

Lost/Stolen Items: 

Please contact your local post office if your package is lost or stolen. We will help coordinate with the carrier if they are unable to find the package. Please contact us after you check with your local post office.

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim.

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
